KeepDJ mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek ve kullanarak aşağıdaki kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı ve Lisans

KeepDJ, profesyonel ve amatör DJ miksajı, ses efektleri yönetimi ve yerel ses kaydı imkanı sunan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Kullanıcıya ticari olmayan şahsi kullanım için geri alınabilir, devredilemez bir lisans hakkı verilmektedir.

2. Telif Hakları ve İçerik Sorumluluğu

Uygulamaya aktarılan veya mikslenen müzik parçalarının telif haklarından tamamen kullanıcı sorumludur. KeepDJ, kullanıcıların içe aktardığı üçüncü taraf ses dosyalarının telif durumunu denetlemez.

3. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" (AS IS) esasıyla sunulmaktadır. Cihaz uyumsuzlukları veya beklenmeyen kesintilerden doğabilecek veri kayıplarından KeepDJ sorumlu tutulamaz.

By downloading, installing, or using the KeepDJ iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

KeepDJ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS and iPadOS devices in accordance with Apple's standard App Store Terms.

2. User Content & Audio Copyrights

You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary licenses, rights, or permissions for any audio files and tracks you import, mix, or record using KeepDJ.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
